    Get yourself checked out medically first and talk to your parents or guardians about your health concerns..
    2nd eat healthy.
    Learn to cook, forget fruit juice -eat actual fruit, Don’t totally deprive yourself of some snack foods but by and large get rid of processed foods and junk foods, including soda even diet soda.
    Unless otherwise directly by your doctor your diet should consist of fruits, veggies, beans, grains, nuts, seeds (ie sunflower) lean proteins and some dairy.

    3rd get out and exercise; go do whatever you like to do; bike, run, walk, swim, play ball with friends - move your butt a little everyday. Exercise like that is healthy and free.

    4th If you smoke - quit- over time it will completely destroy your lung capacity, it inhibits the proper functioning of other organs and eventually will end your life.

    5. Don’t starve yourself to be thin - don’t compare yourself to supermodels or actors - they are genetic anomolies…Being 5′11 and weighing 110 lbs is not normal or healthy.
    Starving yourself won’t make you taller or look like a model.
    Don’t worry about bmi or your weight for your height- being healthy and strong is better.
    Take it one day at a time- if you screw up just take a breath and continue on the next meal or the next day…

    u can start by counting ur calories, only eat 1,600 per day, or less no less than 1,200. drink lots of water, also replace soda with water… not a water fan den juice is fine… remember 2 count ur calories on liquids 2.

    u can also can excercise by dancing jst jumping around acting like a goof ball or watever,,, eat lots n lots of grapefruit, dey help u burn calories…dnt add sugar or else da grapefruit is o good! if u do try da diet let me kno hoe it goes… i lost 60pounds in less dan 6 mnths… good luk

    starving yourselves only results in weight gain. You need to starve yourselves for days to lose pounds but if you eat veges that need more calories ie high fibre foods then your body will lose more calories than it gets

    I totally agree with this video. I like the part about having to be very aware of what your doing. You can’t go on autopilot, which so many of us do. Currently i am on a fast I am being very aware of what I am doing. Good Luck all!

    Hey guys, he’s got some very valid points. I’ve gone through quite a few health challanges, sorry I meant me and my family. Strokes, obesity and countless others starting at the age of 39, and now having been on the recovery track for 2 1/2 years I’ve stumbled acrossed this vid. He’s telling the right things, Oreceo, you have it correct too. I’m very excited about my personal progress,and I can only hope that the rest of you find that using commence works w/ a balanced diet.

    Whoever wants to lose weight: Eat vegetables like crazy! as much as you want. And fruit. But one thing, eat only thing at a time and wait and let it digest for atleast 45 mins before eating something else. this lets the body digest easily and get all the nutrients where they belong without complication.

    Great Content. Thought I would just try and see if I can help anyone even further here. Water is a great little weight loss trick.
    Most of the time when we are hungry, we are actually dehydrated. So drinking water when we are hungry usually takes away the hunger pangs ;)
