    I have lost 40 pounds since 5/22/10 and today is 9/8/10. Microwave the Joan Bars for? 15 seconds then you can spread a little peanut butter if you like . Then have a glass of water and you will not be hungry for the next 2 to 3 hours. Have 3 or 4 of these during the day and have a nice big salad for dinner and you will see the pounds disappear. Let us know how you are doing.

    This was a great video, I watched the making of the bar a few minutes ago, but then I watched this one. This? plan sounds very interesting and worth trying. How long have you been doing this plan?

    I started the plan on 5/22/10 and? today is 9/11/10 and I have lost 40 pounds and it has costed me about $35.00 in the cost of making the bars. Compare that to the cost of Medifast and Nutrisystems.

    For the salad do you use any particular kind of low? calorie salad dressing? Also what do you included in the salad besides the lean meat?

    We? like to use Lite Sweet Vidalia Onion salad dressing. Make sure that is it a low calorie dressing. This Vidalia onion is just wonderful!

    We will be putting out a video on making the salad on Sunday.

    I came here from PriskittaJoe’s channel and she was so right - you guys are amazing! I wonder how did you came out with? the reciepe? How can I substitute dry milk, because I can’t eat it. and can I substitute diet pancake syrup because I won’t find it in Poland :)

    Great info, and yea, losing weight is not easy, but it’s POSSIBLE. The think is that there is soo many OTHER ways to lose weight. For example, my favourite is dancing to the music I love (2h/day). Or playing soccer with my kids.. there is so many funny and simple methods out there, and you don’t even need to spend hours in gym. I lost about 30 pounds already. All those methods I discovered at w w w weightlossdatabase.info <- this? membership site is simply amazing and has some unique ways.

    @JoanLoganeski if i could make a suggestion and i hope u dont take offence to this. but if i were making the joan bars why not add either two teaspoons or to tablespoon of tasteless metamucil to the bars it would be bonus fiber which would help more with weight loss. im actually suprised since you added protein powder that you? didnt add metamucil. i do like the vid and if i had a way to make the bars i probly would but with minor changes like blueberries or strawberries and metamucil. great vid
