This is a great video! But one thing i´d like to know is if l-glytamin also helps against general carbohydrate cravings. In my case it´s serious noodle cravings. i´m off sugar now, and my life has totally changed! But sometimes (rarely though) if i eat noodles throughout the day, i feel those noodle cravings and i HAVE to eat them if there are still some left!! Does anyone know something about this?

so if I stopped eating all together and got food withdrawals that’s a drug? give me a break man, I used to do heroin, and withdrawing from that was pure hell. I can’t see how anyone in their right mind could compare sugar to opiates, unless they have absolutely no clue. and so what if the FDA approves everything, I call that freedom of choice. whatever happened to personal responsibility? if you put junk into your body you have only yourself to blame. not the government, not the product, YOU.
I always eat fruit when I get sugar cravings and since fruits has natural sugar that hekps me out alot.

Forget this mess about sugar. Nothing taste good with out sugar lol. I’m still going to drink soda pops, and add sugar to any thing that needs it lmao.
I used to add sugar to cereal, hot beverages etc. I now never add sugar to anything. It’s great!
